Ima onih plastičnih zrakastih krugova koji se dobiju uz plastične bačvice za kiseljenje. Na to se može nešto staviti; moji su imali kamenje samo za to.

Ok, pala je odluka, ovo radim.
Buduci da papricica imam premalo a i ljute su (habanero) palo mi je na pamet razblazit smjesu tako da stavim obicne slatke feferone.
Ili da se malo poigram okusima pa radi prave slatkoce stavim crvenu rog papriku :misli:

Znaci, tabasco sos.
50g ljutih papricica, Habanero Yellow(kom 4), Cola de Rata (kom 2) i Jalapeno (kom 1).
~200g slatke rog paprike
2 režnja češnjaka
Žličica soli
Žličica crvene dimljene paprike
0.3 l octa (stavio vinski)
0.05l jabucnog octa
0.05l bijelog vina

Papričice i paprike nasjeckati na sitno.
U rajnglici brzinski poprziti na suho dimlj. papriku, dodati češnjak i papriku i papričice.
Popržiti.
Dodati sol, ocat i vino.
Zakuhati do vrenja i onda kuhati još 5-6 minuta.
Prebaciti u staklenku i pustiti da se ohladi.
Plan je pustiti tjedan dana na sobnoj temperaturi u staklenki koja je pokrivena gazama, onda ocijediti sok, pulpu koristiti ako je cemu, sok pustiti na sobnoj temperaturi da fermentira još cca 3-4 tjedna.

Ovo pišem da si znam recepturu za sljedeću godinu, ako ovo bude uspješno :zubo:

Pekmez i sirup od domacih mandarina
(mm se rijesava stresa pravljenjem zimnice. Al rucak skuhat nedaj Boze :lol: )

Bili jucer na zelenoj trznici, kupili paradajze pa se malo kuhalo.
- Paradajz sos
- Konzervirani paradajz (oguljeni paradajz u tegli, žlica lim. soka i kipuca voda taman da ih se pokrije, pa sve skupa uroniti u vodu i u pecnicu na cca 100° sat vremena)
- umak za pizzu (loša pasirka, pa je ostalo dosta mesa paradajza. To smo zakuhali, dodali začine (sol, papar, origano, bosiljak, vrabasco umak, masl. ulje), u blender pa u teglice).
Na slici fali šalša (dinstani luk, češnjak, paprika i paradajz, kuha se cca 2h. Nakon toga u blender, podijeliti u porcije i u freezer).
Nije puno, al covjeka veseli...

Jesi bio na zelenoj tržnici? Po koliko su paradajzi? Mene to tek čeka, mislim da mi ne gine barem 60kg paradajza, pa da smo mirni za cijelu godinu. To mi se pokazala kao ok količina, taman mi je ostala litra od prošle godine.

paradajz (veliki) je bilo 4kn/kg, šljivar 3,5kn/kg
Mi smo uzeli 12kg, pa nismo zapravo gledali dal smo prošli skupo/jeftino. Na 60kg vjerujem da se da dogovorit i niža cijena :zubo:

70 kg, 3kn kila na Zelenoj tržnici. Mladi grah (neocisceni) 12 kn/kg, feferoni 30 kn pola kg.

Jeli itko susio rajcice? Ili sam vec zakasnila jer zovu zahladjenje?

(Ja radila samo zimnicu za bebe - dzem od tresanja i jabuke s datuljama, slatki namaz od visanja i 3 vrste sale - dzuvedz salsa sa patlidzanima, salsa sa mahunams i salsa s tikvicama. Salse ih zovem jer je povrce kuhano u sosu od pomadora :). Plus sam pasterilizirala tresnje, visnje, kruskice i sljive da imaju za zimu)

Mislim da je Jules jedne godine. :misli:
Bas sam se dogovorila s MMK-om, da ćemo još napraviti sataras i običnu salsu i zamrznuti, za brzinske ručkove kad nemamo vremena nakuhavati.
